USA pretending to not support Israeli aggression

If the USA wanted to curb Israeli aggression and escalation of aggression it would be easy. Simply threaten to stop giving Israel billions of dollars.

People need to get real. Israel is doing what they are doing because the USA wants them to do it. If the USA wanted to curb Israeli aggression all it has to do is stop sending free weapons to Israel.

Really easy if that was the goal. That is why it is obvious that is not the goal.

Never. First the billions of $$ given to Palestinians will also have to be stopped. You think that will happen? You need to open your eyes to see which parties are fighting here... its not just Israel v Palestinians. I will check into this today, but it is appears that the Palestinians receive more aid than Israel.

The answer is never, it’s just that some people are so dense or disingenuous that they would need a POTUS to actually say “we support Israeli aggression” they support it with every foreign policy in the region and beyond.

Israel is doing exactly what the empire wants them to. That is why the weapons keep flowing to Israel no matter how aggressive they get. It is lip service with no action.

The USA is capable of influencing Israel into a lasting cease fire by threatening to withhold free weapons. There is no need to pretend they don't have a lot of power over Israel unless they are trying to fool you into thinking that they don't.

I realise that you are from the USA and you are one of those who are surprised to find out that the Earth really revolves around the sun, and not areound the USA. So I will repeat myself because many Americans are slow when faced with worldwide information.

Palestinians, I suspect [I will check], receive more aid from worldwide sources than Israel. These sources are UN and other world bodies, plus humanitarian aid from NGOs. What makes this impossible to quantify is hidden aid from Iran and Turkey and other Arab states, information which is not made public. This aid is in the form of grants and arms / weapons. In return Hamas has to provide intelligence on the activities of Israel.

In the case of Israel the US gives aid in the form of a grant which has to be spent in the US. I think it is around $4 Billion US.

You are mistaken. You are overestimating the power of the US. Maybe they had this power some decades ago. Now Israel can make sufficient arms and weapons in their own facilities without the need for the US help. The US help is the icing on the cake.

Israel has developed a significant weapons industry, fueled by the continuous arms embargo from various suppliers over the years. Israels attitude is, if you dont want to sell it to us we will make it ourselves.

Israel is obviously a tool of the empire. Nobody gives away weapons for free unless those weapons are used for exactly what the empire intended them for. Biden is all for that, just like Trump was and many presidents before them.
