The USA lies by saying they want peace. Israel started it and have a history of using people as human shields, not Hamas. The whole "Israel has a right to defend itself" is based on a lie. Hamas has a right to defend itself from Israeli aggression.

Do not listen to what governments say just observe what they do. The first thing the US did after the ceasefire was to rearm Israel and replenish the iron dome whilst trying to ensure no funds reached Hamas. Anyone who thinks that constitutes a pretence of not supporting Israeli aggression is wilfully fooling themselves.

Support for Israel is evident to those who pay close attention. The lip service from the US is just to allow the uninformed majority to fool themselves into thinking otherwise.
