But would I be accurate in stating that Stan is a liar, baby-killler and war monger? Or did you refuse to participate? Were you a peace monger in Vietnam?

The September the 11th attack saw the people of New York suffer the loss of their friends and family members on a scale that US citizens have never seen before in their home territory. But this kind of devastation has been going on since VE day all acros ...[text shortened]... . My primeminister fired at a city in the full knowledge that he would kill children. Bastard.
Despite the demagogic tone, I agree that the US and Britain should have done better.

The fact is that Al-Qaeda has admitted the will to detonate nuclear devices on US soil. That kind of devastation is something that I can't see neither the British or the American using nowadays, so your argument is a little skewed there.

HOWEVER, that's different than saying that I agree with the intervention in Iraq, which I don't. But I do agree with the one in Afghanistan. Children also died there. Children will always die in wars, but the use of force cannot be put aside when the other side does not.

Wow - have I made it to demagoue status 😏

If 'we' aren't going to use them then why are we (the UK) wasting £1 billion (at least) a year on the Trident fleet?

As a deterrent, obviously.

"Refuse" isn't the right word. I didn't participate.

You peddle peace. If peace comes to all of us will you be out of business? If you fight war, are you waging war on war? If you fight for peace isn't that still fighting? Are you fighting to stop fighting? Or is it all just a way to feel superior to the "warmongers"?

And how does one become a valid critic? Were you annointed? Chosen by committee? Self-proclaimed? Is the unsupported statement "Bush is a liar and a warmonger." a critical statement? Is it the result of critical thinking? Is it free from personal bias?

WMD's were a lie. Not giving the UN more time was wrong. Bush has personal financial interests in oil pipe lines in the Middle East and companies that produce military equipment.

Yes, Bush is a liar and a war monger. Bush, and those who support him, are a threat to the security of the world.

Look into your heart and do what you feel is morally and ethically right. Don't let media, patriotism and selfishness take priority. If you can do that, then I don't mind being ignored.

So would you support an invasion of Iran or an attack on North Korea. If so, why and what alternatives have you considered ?

Why the hell not... well just take over the world.. duh.. i said i didnt justify the hoser bushs' reasoning... if there is ause.. of wich id have to see to justify... or at least be lied to some more by the poopshoot of a prez... so i cant answer that.. but i do think a democracy would be benificial to there way of life... but not through war if at all possible..
