Hmmm...
Strange....
What happened to 'Turn the other cheek’?
God wouldn't mind you killing someone?
God condones murder?
Or only when one of his little tadpoles feels it’s correct, will said tadpole be exempt from his laws and teachings...
Since when do you have the power to pass judgement for God?
Such asinine behaviour infuriates me
...[text shortened]... n Earth and your Lord up in Heaven?
Guess what?
You and Saddam have something in common

How do you know that God didn't use Saddam for some greater purpose and
that Saddam was going to confess his crimes and turn to Christ Jesus but you
killed him first?
Would you kill him if he made a True Confession and came to Christ? Do
you think that Saddam can achieve Salvation?

...he should still be shot and live his eternal life....on the other side.i don't see a problem with this....do you?

this is your judgment...not mine.
Tell me... Why do you have a right to kill Saddam?
Surely that right is reserved for those that he has transgressed?
Or are you God's dispenser of justice on Earth?
My suspicion is that you have an exaggerated sense of self importance.

How do you know that Saddam is not going to come to Jesus? By killing
him, you might be denying him his chance at Salvation.
Do you think God minds if you kill people before they have a chance to
convert?
And, if he has converted, he becomes one of God's children, one of the
sheep He protects and guides. Do you think He would mind if you killed
one of His children?

Let me elaborate.
Should Saddam be shot?
If he has in fact committed all the atrocities he's being accused of then yes of course he should. In fact shooting is a tad mild.
Should I shoot Saddam?
No. Purely because I have never met the man, he has never directly harmed me and I have never personally seen him commit any heinous crime. Those that he has transgressed by every right should exact their vengeance. If I killed Saddam, it would be another murder.
Do you understand my point now?
I'm not shooting you down for advocating your opinion that Saddam should be shot.
But the notion that anyone should kill him if they see him is asinine.
