Shoot him...why do people not have the intelect to understand this is the right thing to do?
Better to put him on proper trial by the Iraqis and have certainty over his guilt rather than just shoot him and never be certain.
Theoretically, one is innocent until proven guilty (although people often form their own opinions based on media coverage etc. see Michael Jackson trials).

more to the point is why people have a need to push guilty sentences on those they don't really KNOW are guilty more than a person who is...i.e..Michael Jackson.mabey this is their own problem they need to deal with?

compare the reasons why the people died because of Saddam and George.i don't believe George ever wanted any innocent people to die...allthough it was inevitable.i don't know but it also annoys me that so many people have.
Most bank robbers don't want people to die either.
Saddam and Bush deserve similar fates.
