@suzianne saidDoes that mean you accept JFK's assassination was a conspiracy?
Why the right is so terrified of "woke": There are truths it just can't face
Conservatives didn't want to hear about white privilege. So they abandoned reality and joined the orange man's cult.

Every political party think they are woke and none of the others are. The democrats are just as terrified of woke as anyone.
Every time I tell you the truth you call it a lie and a conspiracy theory. You are far from woke. You are a joke.
@metal-brain saidAnd you are a fool.

@metal-brain saidWrong thread, dipsh--.
@Suzianne
Does that mean you accept JFK's assassination was a conspiracy?
Yes or no?
@shavixmir saidShav, these people are in the face(s) of others.
Why are you all so opposed to it then?
If it’s just stupid people, you should feel right at home with them.
Hey, I know!! Just google LGBTQ crowd attacks preacher. Many links will pop up.
Then, write back, and say, 'well, I'll be dammed. AVJOE has opened my eyes'. Or better yet, don;'t write back. You really have nothing to say.
@suzianne saidQuote specifically republican policy that is race based.
How about removing polling places from majority black districts?
How much clearer can this be made.
Person X (name the person) a Republican in charge of placing voting booths said, (then quote the person verbatim): "We shore enuff ain't placing none of them dag namit polling stations where the nigras are."
That's an example of a quote, it is entirely fictitious as are your and sonhouse's accusations.
@wajoma saidIs susie saying that if a black person does not make it with all of the opportunity in this society, that they are justified to fall back on the fact that they are not white/privileged.?

If a guy, black or white, works at a Pizza Hut for standard minimum wage, an entry-level job, and is still there, 18 months later, he wants to be poor. Susie will not except this concept.
@suzianne saidHere is a quote from the article When the renewed discussion of privilege was extended to male privilege, white men — incongruously led by an obese man-boy in orange makeup sporting a spun-sugar combover — embarked on their White Men's Campaign of Endless Grievances.

Personally, I look forward to serious conversation that I would consider an opportunity to understand and be given a chance to be understood. But it doesn't appear the author has the emotional maturity for that to happen.
Are there any serious pundits on the left that have made a real attempt to understand a different opinion?
Find a serious article and I'll read it.
@metal-brain saidYou clearly think it means accepting any whacko conspiracy theory you can come up to sow division among an enemy population.
No it isn't. If you do not accept the JFK assassination was a conspiracy how can you consider yourself woke?
Do you even know what "woke" means?
🤔 I’m pretty sure it’s not that.
It was coined by African Americans to describe African Americans who’d woken up to the fact the contemporary and historical racism in the US had, is, and will continue to, restrict their socioeconomic and political opportunities.
‘Woke’ is short for woken up to racism and its implications.
Right wing MAGA extremist insist on employing it as a misnomer to negatively label anything they do not like or anyone who stands between them and their one party authoritarian fascist state.

@suzianne saidThat's not "white" privilege. It's "My father was a high-ranking Naval Officer" privilege.

I'm sure Lebron James' children live lives that are quite privileged. That's not "black" privilege. It's "Lebron James is my father" privilege.
Confusing race and socio-economics status (though there is some correlation, of course) makes for terrible policy.
@sh76 saidI was merely correcting you that a person's race isn't necessarily the issue, it's the racism the person faces because of their race.
That the child of a high-ranking military officer had a nice childhood doesn't prove racism.
You haven't posted in a while but this forum has become swamped with disgusting bigots (a few of them apparently banned) so that distinction needs to be made clear.
