Or just OH SO COINCIDENTALLY having US military jets refuel near his hotel in Scotland which cost US taxpayers MILLIONS by forcing those jets to use commercial fuel sources when they usually refuel on US military bases and those flyers having to stay a few days at HIS hotel.
