It turned out the delay was because hospital officials were deliberating over the legalities, Timko said. “It was the fear of, is this going to constitute an abortion and are we able to do that,” she said.

"Whether abortion-seekers should face criminal charges is a matter of debate within the anti-abortion community, but, post-Dobbs, pregnant women like Watts, who was not even trying to get an abortion""
No doubt giving a woman an abortion when she didn't want one would certainly be cause for deliberation.
On the one hand we have the pro-abortion mob saying 'woman's body, woman's choice' now we have vivify wanting abortions to be administered without consent.
@wajoma saidWhat do you mean "without consent"? She was there for three days waiting to be induced.

The hospital delayed inducing labor over debates whether it counts as an abortion.

The hospital delayed inducing labor over debates as to if it counts as an abortion.
"...Watts, who was not even trying to get an abortion"
She was there for treatment.
From the OP:
"An Ohio woman who had sought treatment at a hospital before..."
Sooner or later you're going to have to face it, much like the thread title, a blatant lie (no retraction yet), you've been making stuff up, it could be a psychological condition you're not aware of.

No one disputes she wasn't trying to get an abortion. The hospital wouldn't induce her over fears it might be considered an abortion, since the fetus could die at only 21 weeks.
That's the problem. Ohio abortion laws hindered the hospital from inducing labor.
