Well if you apply Star Wars mythology, then the Empire (US) is quietly gathering all the nations into a universal pact (US/UN/EU) which will see every nation tied into trade agreements and trading blocs that would seem futile to go against, because the might and power of the Empire will be able to effectively embargo any nation foolish enough to oppose this j ...[text shortened]... at role.
Can anyone suggest a real world rebel alliance counterpoint to the US/UN/EU Empire?
Also the "dark side" is not the entire Senate, but conspirators within it.
It isn't the US/UN/EU that is the empire, but those conspiratorial "one worlders" who attempt to dominate political and economic power via those entities, while at the same time attempting to bring them down, so that they are left in total power.
It is no "accident" that the current world crisis originated in banking. It is also no "accident" that national government, and the useful idiots at the helm of them are rushing to finance these very bankers indiscriminately.

WWII did not end.
It has continued and flourished in unrelenting conflict and violence ever since, most notably in the Middle East. I see the Israeli-Arab conflict as an extension of WWII. It is directly caused by WWII and the battle has raged constantly since, and sixty years later there is still no resolution or end in sight.

You have sources that have noticed an economic crisis?
I don't believe you. Name names. Produce justification for this wild-ass supersecret theory so controversial that you can't tell us who's telling you that. Stop protecting them.

According to some of my sources, and simply being observant, we're headed for a depression worse than the great depression. What brought the world out of the first great depression? WWII right? I've already heard various news outlets discussing this idea.

I am struck by the irony of you, of all people, commenting on the less than socially adept behaviour of anyone else on this site. With the sincere hope that you are visited by some sense of decorum, I recommend that you hit yourself in the nuts with a claw hammer immediately.
Merry Christmas,
The Hand.
