IT’S MY THREAD!!!! 😭😫😭

Classic tantrum 😂
Not a tantrum. She does that all of the time on my threads. She is stupid and arrogant.

Are these the same scientists who invented and use electron microscopes to “observe” objects smaller than the human retina can “see” ?

Asking for a scientist.
Hey @Metal-Brain

Care to explain these “observations”?

Third time of asking …

“Go and read your original post” is not lying. It’s there. You can read what you wrote.

There aren't very many kinds of "observation" in the physical universe that I can think of that does not involve particles impinging on other particles. Every thing that we "see directly" (i.e. without instrumentation) is an image constructed in the mind as an interpretation of photons striking our retinae that were emitted or reflected off of the thing.

It is interesting to note that one of the still-unresolved problems of quantum mechanics is how to precisely define what constitutes a "measurement" that doesn't run up against ambiguities or vagueness in some contrived situation or another.

Good point, but we are talking about a subatomic particle. An electron has a wave function and a photon acts as a wave too. What happens when two waves interact with each other? You get interference patterns. Right?

Your words: "Some scientists think that observe means to see."

Tell me a scientist who says that. For instance if a marine biologist says that, what weight would that statement by a biologist have with the physics community, for instance?

Besides that, the use of the word SOME tells me you jump from SOME to in your mind ALL.

Also, why is this thread not in 'science forum?

I already did.

The Observer Effect: Seeing Is Changing

Tell that to the author of this blog. People need reminding that observe does not mean see.
