@divegeester saidSeriously you want to make a Brexit point out of our neighbours not getting life saving vaccines as quickly as us.
Germany’s best selling newspaper hails the British vaccine rollout and subsequent roadmap for lockdown release, as Merkel warns of a third wave in the country as it lags behind in its vaccination programme.
#brexit-now-what?
It’s in all the mainstream media but here are two to provide binocularity.

If your taking a Sky News version over a Guardian version you must be in full right wing referendum mode, are you having Brexit flashbacks?
The fat public school boy gets one thing rightish and you cannot stop creaming yourself, slow day at the office dive?

@divegeester saidNobody can deny the UK’s doing an excellent job with its vaccination roll out.

Compared to the Netherlands... sweet Jesus... only God knows what the hell’s wrong over here.
I believe Bulgaria and 2 other European countries I’ve never heard of are doing a worse job.
@instantkarma777 said“ Barbados is the latest country to tell the Queen to f***off”
Barbados is the latest country to tell the Queen to f*** off.
Next November they will be free.
No more Queen.
They Will celebrate their 55th Independence Day by dumping
Lizzy.
I don’t think the Barbadians are that ignorant do you?
You say you do not want to descend to dives level whilst free sliding down the ladder.
@divegeester saidPerhaps you need to look up "third person" in a dictionary.
Perhaps ponderable enjoys duchess64’s style of writing a reply in the third person. Perhaps he is even envious of it.

The post that was quoted here has been removedLook.
Boris Johnson is a complete right-wing bastard. His government and ministers are the most corrupt Britain’s ever seen (and that’s saying something), they botched dealing with Corona, they pushed through the dumbest version of Brexit imaginable and they’ve blasted Britain with more than 10 years of austerity; most homeless in Europe, worst living conditions in Europe, etc.
But, credit where credit’s due. The vaccination malarkey is going well.
The vaccines only have to be 60% effective, so long as 70% of the population are vaccinated, to undermine the virus to te extent that normal life can be resumed.
And Britain looks like it will be tye first European country to achieve this.
Obviously they won’t be able to come on holidays and their restaurants will be missing loads of exclusive grub, but that’s besides the point.

The EU are making a total mess of the single most important transaction they are currently responsible for and it’s costing lives!
Why on earth wouldn’t I make a point out of it.

@shavixmir saidIt all because we are independent and not tied to the sinking ship.
