Seems Canada lost it’s “Olympic drone appeal”. Oh well let’s just move on. Bring on Columbia.πŸ‘

Just watching US gymnast Simone Biles on catch up; that girl is astonishing both in terms of physical skills and mental strength.

Nothing great was ever achieved by following the path of least persistence.

Women’s Mountain Biking was epic!

Pauline Ferrand Prevo from France pulled away from everyone for gold and my new favorite cyclist Haley Batten from the USA edged out Jenny Rissveds from Sweden for silver.

I’m glad France’s Leona Lecomte is ok after her crash in the rock garden. I was ironically mountain biking on Sunday at the same time and had a sympathy crash myself and still limping from it…luckily nothing broken and itching to get back on my new (to me) suspension bike. It’s a great sport!

I was quite saddened to hear about the drone incident. I am hearing the players were not aware of what was going on. I am happy they sent the coaches involved home. The women have a good team they don't need drones spying on the other Teams.

Been watching the 800mtr women’s.

These young athletes are astonishing; so comfortable and confident in front of camera in post race interview. Same for all events tbh.

My generation were generally never that confident in front of people, cameras or on a platform.
