@very-musty saidNo, these are Athletic Works, extra heavy. Glad I only got these instead of the next step up offered by Colossal, because those would have been too much.
Dude! I have the same bands!
GoZone?
Grey, Orange and Black?
I use them to simulate armwrestling.
As for arm-wrestling, I imagine that mind and qi/ki are also involved.
@kevin-eleven saidExactly 👍

It's more mental than actual size and strength.
Obviously strength is involved but a crazy mental patient can win over a stronger guy.
Tendon strength is more important than muscles too 🤔
My Walmart only has GoZone bands 😔
So I bought a bunch. They are everywhere in the apartment.
@very-musty saidYeah, I have seen something about fascia training in the past year, and something about that being the primary load-bearer.
Exactly 👍

My qi is scattered and I don't "stand" regularly, but maybe that is how it should be.
@kevin-eleven saidI had to look it up but yes you're exactly right.

In armwrestling connective tissue is more important than big biceps.
In fact...Biceps are rarely used in most armwrestling techniques.
@very-musty saidYou know, sometime we might be called upon to pet @divegeester a little, just so he feels like he belongs.

@kevin-eleven saidMaybe he has some coke?

Just kidding...
I'm off to the debates forum to make everyone angry.
😉
@very-rusty saidVery good, grasshopper.
The world would be a better place if we all just accepted people as they are, not what we expect them to be.

@very-musty saidNever said I do, but I am convinced that my spectrum of acceptance is far wider than your own.
Yet you don't accept everyone now do you? 🤔
