Edit: Men failing to open doors for ladies would be one of mine.
Girls that refuse to pass out until after you buy them at least three beers.
Women that talk on cell phones while driving and at the same time putting on makeup and pointing a loaded car in your general direction.
Men that point a gun in your face and pull the trigger.

There was a student at my grammar school who opened the door for girls all the time, with a creepy smile on his face. It didn't make him very popular...

People who fail to understand or simply ignore the basic rules of etiquette of public transit. This includes:
- blocking doors out of sheer laziness
- putting your feet up on the seat
- talking loudly on cell phones
- eating
- creating bottle necks for no reason whatsoever
- standing on the walking side of the escalator
- rushing to get in the train then stopping on a dime right when you enter the doors causing those behind you to crash into you
- wearing huge backpacks that take up the space of three humans
I could go on forever...
