Men patronising women. I don't mind if someone opens the door for me; I often open the door for others as well. is that the once normal gradually becomes abnormal, so that social acceptance requires becoming by degrees abnormally normal... so
that in beliefs, values, social mores, common courtesies, lowest common denomiators of taste, speech or dress most follow the herd.
