@ghost-of-a-duke saidOkay so you’re still indoors, but hopefully you’re feeling less “destroyed” and “broken”.
Not all of us need to venture out to access the internet.
@vespin saidThis is peculiar. You scarcely post on the General Forum and yet here you are talking about what "everyone" thinks and what "no one" thinks.
Not one thinks anything of you. Not even a little bit. That is obvious even to you.
I wonder if people would rather lemon back than have you rambling on and on.
@suzianne saidMaybe if you help rid the forum of those foul, racist, abusive trolls instead of writing lengthy self-eulogies and ignoring those who’s posting really shouldn’t be here just because they attack “the twins” you might find yourself with less green thumbs but with more respect.
Are you still here?
The twins are falling down on their job.
Just a thought.
@divegeester saidThings are back on track, thanks.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidGood to know (honestly) 👍🏻

PS how did you resolve it?
@divegeester saidThanks. We agreed to pay the freeholder a (reasonable) premium to include that void space in the demise of our property.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI figured that would be the easiest solution for all parties. At least you can lever the extra space as part of the listing.

All the best with the sale and move.
@divegeester saidWe took the financial hit to keep the existing buyer on the hook. In their shoes, I probably would have walked away.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidYeah, we walked away from three agreed purchases when something came up in the searches. I just couldn’t abide the dishonesty of the seller. In hindsight one of them we probably should have hung out for, which involved a matter of £10k.

@divegeester saidThe void space was only £3k (plus solicitor fees) a lot less than I had feared.
