And here you come, the man who cannot be commanded by others, issuing more commands of your own.

If this keeps up I will start serving insults in the form of assessments.

I suspect you would very much like to have some of your posts alerted and deleted for the sake of erasing the evidence. Maybe this is what some people interpret as the nervous behavior of a guilty conscience.

I think I did need to invoke it because your first post on this thread on page 6 made it sound like you were going to cop out and take your characteristic fatuous line of least resistance INSTEAD of demonstrating any sense that there was a "principle" on the table here. So I invoked your thread just in case. And now it seems maybe I didn't need to.

I'm sure you really invoked my thread to make oblique insinuations about my character or "forum persona". But it's not completely unlike you to be glibly disingenuous while maintaining a tone of sober reasonableness.

For instance, reframing the inquisition that had been going on as a "justifiable talking point."

This is the reasonable talking point I am referring to:

"Note to mods: There is no legitimate reason to delete this thread. It's about the product of the joint creative efforts of half a dozen members of this RHP community."

There is nothing "glib" or "disingenuous" about describing that as a "justifiable talking point."

I treat others the way they treat me.

If they are nice I am nice.

Like yourself if they are not so nice I am not so nice either.

I still "Treat Everyone Equally", Good or bad depending on them! 🙂 😛

Wife is a Newfoundlander I guess after all these years I am picking some of their sayings. ( Not meant to be disrespectful in any way ) You puff out your chest on here more than anyone I know, and that is saying something.....You don't have to thank me! 😉 😛

I think you may still be a little testy about the Prose Competition....Just chill out, it is ok, there were many good Stories this year once again.
