The glass is always half full VR, be it "pops" or otherwise and it's not so much the music (be it good or not so good) as it's being around a campfire with interesting/friendly company. You really should try to make it next year. There were those there who didn't imbibe by the way (not I mind you).

Other than yourself and handy andy I believe it is...there is really no one else I would be (THAT) interested in meeting at that BBQ. Perhaps Huck, but good chance he will not get there every year.

When people don't drink, they as a rule don't like to be around others who are even if they don't puke all over the place. 😉

Of course. But I have to say that "they" were a great bunch of people who welcomed me and the other "newbies" with open arms. If invited back again I'd go in a heartbeat. Besides there were a couple of folks who I need to challenge to a rematch to see if I really am as bad at chess as they made me look.

I think the term your looking for is Alcoholics. I know plenty of people who don't drink and don't mind being around people who do.
