You're missing the point, if all Hamburger deluxe is is a non-chess related recipe site for the public, how can it be voted on from RHP's point of view?
There is no need to service the RHP community as a whole, really. Hardly a criteria to use to add a website on the list for votes. But there is no injustice if that influences the outcome though.
