So if I had this brazilliant recipe for Tornado Tuna Tapioca, and I submitted it on the Hamburger Deluxe forum, I would be contributing to the success of Hamburger deluxe's website entry in this competition. No?

No, but I wish it were. How does one become nominated?

Well that`s typical for this site really.
Yes the Hamburger Deluxe site is more than a clan site. And why should i open it up to the likes of xanthos and co?
Certain sections are viewable by the public, other sections are not.
Personally i couldn`t give a sh1t.
End of subject.
Actually, I didn't follow up the nominations, and instead spent a very tiring hour or so trawling through all clans with links.
I didn't include it because I could see no clan related info, which makes it hard to evaluate.
What I did learn from this exercise though was that there are lot of links going to random places on the web. So much so, I may clear down all clan home links and request active clans to re-enter their clan home links.
I knew I would upset someone though, no matter which selection I made.

Hamburger Deluxe has a pretty interesting website. I'll nominate www.hamburger-deluxe.co.uk...
Just a note that this site has limited access to non registered, and also non clan members
So if you want to see it all you`ll have to join

(And we do have Clan content... so...)
What can we say? Apparently not enough to be heard or included 😕
