From July 1, 2022, to July 1, 2023, Halifax's population grew by over 19,000 people – a new record and a record-high growth rate of 4.1%. I know there are even more people now, Traffic is terrible and many don't seem to know the rules of the road when driving. We have been swamped with immigrants, and it appears majority of them have vehicles. Ou ...[text shortened]... it is cut throat thankless job to have. I'd sooner continue helping out the less fortunate.

These were once in a hundred year disasters and the devastation was overwhelming so FUUK you if you think they are not helping those folks in need. ENTIRE TOWNS OBLITERATED YOU ASSSHOLE.
You don't fix that kind of thing in a week. It is going to take months just to find the total death toll with people buried under bridge collapses, houses flowing downstream and the like.
Trump would be in there handing out paper towels like he did for Puerto Rico.
Then going back to his golf game.
