if you exercise at least 30 mins a day, 6 days a week over a long period compiled with a healthy diet you WILL reach a healthy weight. which is totally possible to do as cheaply than buying processed junk it just takes a little more effort. if that few hours a week isn't worth setting aside to made sure you and your family eat well you deserve to die an obese diabetic in your 40s or 50s. cook in bulk, freeze your meals and plan a menu it’s very possible to eat healthy on a budget. plus is there really that much difference in price between a chocolate bar to a banana or apple? There isn’t here.
if you're over weight you only have only yourself to blame and it's just you who can get yourself into shape.
