but what about fred astaire...he was very white and he could dance up a storm and then there was that old tappy tap maurice chevalier and i have seen a lot of disney cartoon movies with alot of white dancing toons...no...dancing issues will not do....

It's not that easy. First you have to find a sponsor, who is a current Whitey Card holder. Then you have to be a prospective member for at least a year, in which time you learn how to talk nasal, drive mini vans, and other necessary skills. Then you must pass the board of approval, which includes tests like, dancing off rhythm, 3 inch vertical leap, and talking about your investments.

..ah...i have found someone with some experience...i never knew i would need a sponsor...and i guess i will need a hair wig too....i shall look for an old lady at the wig counter at the department store in the city and approach her...wish me luck..
