@Kewpie saidI wish people would appreciate grammar - it's really fun and interesting. Learning German it's imperative, and other languages too probably.
There's the "royal we" - meaning is clear, one or both or all present. That's the one I like.
But in 2024 pronouns are a nonsense. People pick one for themselves from the pronoun lolly shop and insist that you respect their choice.
@Great-Big-Stees saidI hear you Pal! None of us are getting any younger for sure.
I take a “pill” for that.π

@Torunn saidYes, that use to be irritating in Hospital. How are "We" today? Well nothing was wrong with the Nurse and I'd tell her so too. I don't know about you but not much as changed since yesterday with me. π Keep in mind it is not "WE" who have the problem it is me. Yes, I know very blunt, but you all know by now I don't candy coat anything.
'We' could mean one person especially in hospitals: How are we doing today, Mrs...?

Police spokesman Jimmy Modin told The Associated Press their investigation into the incident was over and that a decision on the charges should come “within a few weeks.” He did not elaborate on the nature of the threats that the Dutch performer is accused of making.
Details of what happened backstage are unknown.
The tabloid Aftonbladet said, citing an unnamed source, that Klein at one point became stressed by all the photographers and asked them to stop filming. When one photographer got close, he raised his arm with a fist and lunged at the photographer, the paper said.
@rookie54 saidI haven't followed this - how does other media report about it?

@rookie54 saidSo I would assume he REALLY didn't want to be photographed. π
