There's the "royal we" - meaning is clear, one or both or all present. That's the one I like.
But in 2024 pronouns are a nonsense. People pick one for themselves from the pronoun lolly shop and insist that you respect their choice.

I don't know about you but not much as changed since yesterday with me. 🙂 Keep in mind it is not "WE" who have the problem it is me. Yes, I know very blunt, but you all know by now I don't candy coat anything.
'We' could mean one person especially in hospitals: How are we doing today, Mrs...?
