I Keep a food, excersise, Blood pressure & blood sugar diary have done for 3 years,I dont count cals but I do carbs,a basic days food B/F 2 eggs 1 wholemeal toast+ fruit, Lunch a bio yoghurt or 2 tea/dinner Stir fry or fish +fruit/ check my BP after work out/blood sugar twice a day 2 hr +after meal a good week for me would be a full week of blood sugar under 7mmols under 6 would be brilliant.
That’s excellent and you must be feeling so much fitter than you did 3 years ago? We have high cholesterol running in our family with 4 of us 6 needing to take Statins. None of us are overweight. My body has a poor tolerance of Statins so I work on my diet, exercise and keeping my stress levels low. I’ve been told I’ve an 8.5% risk of a cerebral accident (stroke) which troubles me but I’ve chosen a possibly shorter high quality of life rather than a longer one with drugs that make my mood flat and depressed. I plan to get a living will written to avoid any possible need of long term, physical care in the future.

Obsession is an interesting word here.

Including running and lifting I exercise 8 times a week. Every week. I also sleep 7 times a week and eat approximately 11 times a week (with intermittent fasting).

I don't think of any of them as an obsession. But maybe.

Mrs. Anitya drinks 96-128 oz of water every single day. North of 30 years on the trot. Now that might be an obsession.
You only eat 11 times a week?
Sometimes I eat that in two days, an apple here, a biscuit with my tea etc. Do you mean 11 big meals? Like you're just snacking instead of lunch or something?

....am I eating too often?! Ummm... 🤔
