Hey T Dan - Take those trout , toss em' in melted butter with garlic , dill , pepper and some chopped lemon grass or grated lemon peel . Put them on a hot charcoal grill . Yummie !!!

ANyway I caught a 2 ft. hammerhead shark! A baby! He was so cute! he was looking at me with his little hammerheady eyes saying "Please let me go!" and I did.
He was soo cool looking!

just come back from Mozambique
caught loads of king and queen mackerel (biggest 18kg King), a few benito and on the last day we got the beast a 32kilo wahoo. the wahoo took about 40min and 2 fisherman (my mate who gave up and then me).

If inside we stuff em with tarron, garlic, and lemon slices wrap em in foil and 50 mins in the oven on 180c... open foil for last 10mins.
