Answer to your Question. HOH threatens to beat Rusty with a Brick, I think that is wrong. But if HOH isn't banned for that, or you are not baned for insulting Rusty and his daughter, then no I don't think Rusty should be for standing up for his daughter.
As far as the alleged threats of violence that you claim Rusty threated he would personally do is a little vague for me to comment on. I never saw a direct threat just a hypothetical. If you can show me the threat in question, then I will review it and give you my honest opinion. Bear in mind Moderators have their own opinions. If you are scared for your or your families safety, and believe them to be sincere then please alert the posts. I never felt that drinking beer and shooting pool is an act of violence. It might be if someone was stupid enough to pop off about their daughter though. It would be here in Texas I can promise you. And every mans son in Texas would testify in a court of law that it's true.

Users have been banned for making the type of personal threats (which include threats of stalking) that VR has repeatedly made in this thread. It has nothing to do with "standing up" for anybody; the post he is whining about was removed last night and the only one still mentioning it is him. He's apparently looking for a fight, the same as last night when my off-hand jesting post (which had absolutely nothing to do with him or his daughter(?)) was left lying there until he came on talking about "smashing people's faces". I doubt that he knows anything about such an endeavor and I'm certainly not afraid of bogus internet tough guys. But if you want "consistent" moderation, then repeated threats of violence and stalking should be dealt with as harshly now as they were in the past.
You may keep weaseling if you want, but I don't know of any forum where repeated threats like VR has done is acceptable behavior. "Consistent moderation" would necessitate an appropriately long forum ban.

The 'Hi' thread in general is an example of that it was in bad taste, but only said in jest, not trying to get nude pics from a minor as 'no one' would have you believe, but not an appropriate joke.

It was hardly inobvious as you keep claiming that "any father would smash his face if he said that" and then claim that he said it about YOUR daughter when he said no such thing.
