Forum mod [b]is a person, but part of a team. Also, he or she is as human as you, though like your gender that person's gender is also unknown.
The mod team works together... that is how it was when I was a mod here anyway. Not just one person decides what you can or can't say.
You can't compare First Amendment, U.S. Constitution here at a pri ...[text shortened]... g in public, even things you say at your work place or public areas.
Yada. Yada.

You seem to be antagonizing me, yet agreeing with me, yet not agreeing with me, yet agreeing with me again.

Maybe you should move to the US, then it WOULD be your right, and not just a privilege.
Free speech notwithstanding, there's nothing to stop the owner of a website that includes a forum
from controlling, censoring or otherwise setting limits and standards applying to posted messages
on said forum. He or she has the right to do that.

good to see you.
Free speech is a subject that, as everyone knows, has always been near and dear to my heart. I have always fiercely defended every users right to express themselves. At the same time I have warned that abuse of this most cherished right would lead to the inevitable ruin of these forums.

Point Two: What is wrong with you people?
I'm not arguing the facts of your post.
Who says the OP was talking about ONLY RHP?? We're not talking about a website, we're not talking about a forum. We're talking about "Is free speech a right or a privilege?" I'm just saying that in the US, it is a right. That's all. Why you people have to narrow it down to only the RHP forums is quite beyond me.
