Point One: The First Amendment doesn't guarantee free speech.. it only protects it from restrictions
by Congress. The 14th Amendment extends the protection to state legislatures. The "right" to free
speech, such as it is, is inherent in American life. It predates the Bill of Rights.

Point Two: Nothing wrong with us.. maybe it's you.
