1. the sin was (is) posting to your own last post..... ?
not a sin if you post after someone or in reponse. however if the post is weak and an obvious attempt at bumping the thread that is another conversation.
2. recent threads on pages 1- 2 were (are) still open conversations.....?
I regard first page as open conversations, second page not so much, but that is subjective
3. Is there an RHP TOS hourly limitation?
not to my knowledge...again subjective

"Help a dinosaur, pastor duecer. Eventual impression was that the sin was posting to your own last post (which I've done out of enthusiasm and ignorance) and that anybody's recent threads on pages 1- 2 were still open conversations. Is there an RHP TOS hourly limitation?
Simple questions still seeking answers:
1. the sin was (is) posting to ...[text shortened]... till open conversations.....?
3. Is there an RHP TOS hourly limitation?
I have seen several posters tell you, ask you, and plead with you to please post less often. They have said it nicely, they have said it not so nicely.
There is no rule that says you can't continue to post useless, boring, inane and hyper critical, judgmental bs. The problem is that it completely overshadows the occasional gem that you do contribute.
Less is more. Saying it again, just in case I'm not being clear. Less is more.

Let's quantify, Busygirl. What volume of general forum posts per day, on average, might be considered to be within a reasonable range?

Many of your threads are interesting and are well recieved, but many are just tedious. Busygirl is right, sometimes less is more.

Booby could look at a TCP graph
to get to the optimal post count.
Personally I'd just like to see a
thread titled: "You people don't
like me so I'm leaving in a shower
of toys from my cot!", but that's
just me. -Crowley 23/09/2009
