Starcaster is a cheaper Asian version of the Strat. 🙂 It's original but don't mean a thing. The SGs are the real deal, though.

Ah, ok - my ignorance of Fender guitars is legendary, since I've always favored Gibson and Ibanez. So no, it's not original, it's a cheap modern knockoff (and sounds better than it has a right to).
