Ok. I am over my head. I don't think a game is worth the fuss. That is probably why i don't play chess. It doesn't have any meaning... to win or lose or to have a "rating"... What the hell is a rating except "Chimp Credits"? Make you better? Bigger? Stronger? Smarter? More durable? More attractive? I think not. Just a goddamned game. Very confused monkey... Mike

This isn't about a game, it is about Marlone and how some people want to yell cheater, but not say why.

Ok. That is reasonable. But from someone who knows not Marlone... Doesn't he have to be responsible for the games he starts? Shouldn't there be a consequence if he screws up?

First off, Misslead.... thanx for the humor... nothing is funnier than comedy.

SVW.... Marlone is taking a beating and perhaps learning a lesson. People say he is cheating... That is different and in my personal opinion "NOT TRUE".

Like I said... I can't prove it. Just cuz he took too many games or whatever doesn't mean he is manipulating his rating... He's just got too many games is how I see it. Call him (or her) an idiot, I won't say another word.... but I don't think Marlone is cheating.

What would you call it if someone does something that they can't control? Is that something to be proud of? Or condone? Or overlook? or Forgive? < forgive is ok... but the others are questionable> Sounds like Disneys MTV Real World to me. Not much to do with reality.

I don't mean to be hard on Marlone... I don't really know why i got involved in this, except that i don't like people "ganging up" on Lyn. I don't think she or I for that matter... see this as the same issue as you do.

That is a fine idea. I will pm you with my email and we can just play a good chess game via email.... I see you have a 21 day limit here at RHP, I would prefer to just play an email game where we can take moves back and talk in emails. No timeouts, no ratings, no nothing.
