I've just been rereading all the General Forum threads from the last decade and I noticed that I forgot to wish everyone a Happy New Year on 1st January 2001 [the first day of the C21st]. Now rectified. Sorry about that. So, what things are different in your life and/or the world around you compared to 7,477 days ago?

It's understandable. Many people didn't expect to still be alive on that day.

As for me, now I have a nephew, my Mom has died, I have survived cancer, I have retired from work, and I have become less trusting of other people because many more of them now seem crazier than I would have imagined.
