@Russ
I will keep doing my best to keep alive this forum graveyard you’ve recently created.
Just call me Dr Frankenstein.
@divegeester saidYou're no better than KellyJay, determined not to get it, no matter how obvious it is.
Clever enough to catch you out lying 😉

If you “know so much about computers” and that’s your pitch about how you are able to edit locked text on this website, then why is it that when I first spotted you doing it you had to PM another poster to check what was happening?
PS, furthermore if you are using your super-computer-powers to hack locked text on this website, then you should be reported and banned. Agree?
@Suzianne saidNo, Victor dies of poor health brought on by the icy artic conditions and presumably the long struggle to find and destroy the creature. The creature himself weeps over Victor’s body having learned more about life and death than Victor ever knew. The creature seemingly cannot live without his creator and vows to commit suicide.
Didn't his monster kill him?
‘Frankenstein’ is a wonderful journey exploring how hubris can infect science and how hate can infect love. It touches on Milton and Egyptian mythology and essentially points the finger at g-d for abandoning mankind and leaving ‘him’ to find his own way through the moral maze.
Give it a read, you’ll love it. If you do I suggest using using the higher level study notes as a guide.

Of course you are correct, although the text leaves it somewhat ambiguous.
Research is often its own reward and opens doors to other discoveries.
I invite you to read something the author's mother is famous for writing. Since you've discovered the joys of research, I will leave it to you to discover the title of the work.
Go. Discover. Learn.
