Uh... of course, this is not legal advice since I don't even know what jurisdiction you are in, let alone whether I'm admitted in it ...
nonetheless, it IS ETHICAL advice.
And ethically, I'd say that intentionally planning to intoxicate her, along with yourself, in order to permit -- what? -- to occur, is a recipe for disaster. The worst case ...[text shortened]... scenario isn't meaningfully better from what could be achieved sober.
This is a bad idea.

Well, recently I met a girl, let's call her K. We met, and became friends. That's the story so far.
Somehow, there is chemistry between us. We, well...flirt, you could say. I should be asking her out. But, the thing is, I dunno if she's being serious. If I did, it oculd ruin a good friendship. It could not.
My dilemma is serious. We have been ...[text shortened]... ds for a while now, and I don't know if she might get impatient or something. Please help me!!

Yes they do.
Some of your advice from all of you is good. However, getting her drunk?? We're 14 and 15, for god's sake!!
I was gonna ask her out today, but...tonsilitis struck. Dammit!

"It's better to regret something you have done, than to regret something you haven't done"
do you want to look back on your life and wonder "what if.."?

Unlike most things, once fixed, a heart really will work "better than new"...
Come to think of it, not sure why you'd want to avoid sluts either... 😀 😉

Seriously though, that brings up a good point, I'd add to it though by pointing out that you dont have to look like a coward if you ask more bold questions like "I'm thinking of asking your friend out on date, do you know what her favourite restaurant is?" (bearing in mind that I haven't a clue any more what would be the applicable question to a teenager)
