@executioner-brand saidMedication is a last resort and for the vast majority of people voluntary.
You can help people psychologically, I don't deny that in this thread.
It is the big pharma meds I have the problem with.
I'm sure this place used to be a lot worse before Ghost got here.
Your own bitter experiences don't change that.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidWell the government told me I needed to be poisoned for 5 years.

How would that make you feel? Suicidal?
@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou haven't said the word perfect anywhere but certainly try to make it sound like it is.
Where have I said everything is perfect?
I am countering the argument put forward that nobody is grateful for mental health support. This is blatantly incorrect and offensive to the many fine professionals out there who's only motivation is to help people struggling with mental health issues.
Who said no one was grateful for the little mental support they do get.
There are many upset over People who work in the mental health misdiagnosing patients which happens way more than it should giving meds that actually hurt rather than help....You have to see it from both sides not have that tunnel vision where you only see it one way.
Mistakes are made everyday, I know people who work in the mental health and they will be first to admit it, why do you have a problem with it?
I have a brother who is an LPN who has worked over 30 years and saw more than he can even repeat of misdiagnosing patients, it does actually happen more often than people know. There is a lot swept under the rug that the public never find out.

@executioner-brand saidWhy would any care provider want to prescribe you poison?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI am not the person you want to ask that to, they work with you! Tell me you've never seen a misdiagnoses! If the patient isn't getting the right meds it can be very harmful.
Why would any care provider want to prescribe you poison?

@very-rusty saidWhy don't you ever take the time to think about what you are typing? It's the reason people get vexed by you. (Or put you on ignore).

A poster says 'nobody' is thankful. I dispute this and give an 'example' of a chap I saw this very day who was extremely grateful. How is that me trying to make anything sound perfect?!
@very-rusty saidThe question wasn't put to you.

😵
@ghost-of-a-duke saidthey are forcing medications and not saying why the side effects are happening as they simply do not know. as I said before when I have on multiple times complained about it I was first ignored and told it wasn't a side effect of the drug and then told it was my fault because of poor mouth hygiene.
Why would any care provider want to prescribe you poison?
after saying I was going to kill myself because of it they last said there is a side effect. yeah, the side effect that led George to suicide.
it is about choice and being allowed to decide what is best for yourself. they don't even give you the option of another med to see if the symptoms subside. they think they know what is best and you do not because they write you off as mentally ill. I could've been dead by now but thankful I have found out why.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidI get put on ignore by people, you are the only one I know of that has me on ignore and that is only because you didn't have an audience there, and didn't like the way I answered your questions.

You never answered my question about misdiagnoses being made in the field you work in goad, are you ashamed?

@executioner-brand saidYou should request a medication review and voice any concerns you have. But you should also take that opportunity to listen to the information provided. Nobody wants to cause you any harm, especially people responsible for your care.

@executioner-brand saidThey give out wrong meds all the time and don't want to admit it beacause of the law suites that would follow. I know exactly what you are talking about! I completely agree with you.

You struggle enough answering questions that are put to you.
