@ghost-of-a-duke saidVaping has a similar effect to smoking cigarette but doesn't have adverse effects to schizophrenia medications. I had 1 smoke in about the last 5 weeks and my mouth is normal. Oral hygiene as my psychiatrist claimed was not causing the problem in my mouth. It was a reaction to the carbon monoxide.
For years I took a medication called nifedipine which helps with circulation. While taking it I was advised not to drink grapefruit juice as it was something that was known to interact badly with the drug and its dosage.
For some anti-psychotics, smoking cigarettes has a similar effect. Giving up cigarettes is as sensible as giving up the juice. - In either case, blaming the medication is illogical.
@executioner-brand saidIt's unfortunate you didn't give up smoking sooner.
Do you know what it is like to live with a mouth like that for 5 fing years?
@executioner-brand saidIf you need a doctor to tell you to clean you teeth I presume you are logging on from the Rubber Ramada.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidIt is fortunate I have. Well, thus far. Although I still vap so I have to quit that too but I am lowering my nicotine levels.

By your ideology I would continue to vap with no problems but I want to quit the habit(for other reasons).
@the-gravedigger saidMy girlfriend worked a sweetline lollie factory during the loss.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidThe ghost is ignorant of the dangers in the meds he/she prescribes.

Are you going to nuke the big cities for your meds too? They will be causing the SAME problem you blame on smoking. See how your ideology is failing you when you refuse to take accountability for your ongoing ignorance of facts.
@executioner-brand saidYou sure do talk about carbon monoxide a lot.
I blew a zero on my last carbon monoxide test.
It's exhausting...

@ghost-of-a-duke saidYES. Because I am sticking to the facts of this thread about how schizophrenia drugs react to that.

@executioner-brand saidCigarettes 'ON THEIR OWN' increase the carbon monoxide in your blood.
YES. Because I am sticking to the facts of this thread about how schizophrenia drugs react to that.
Cigarettes 'ON THEIR OWN' make your mouth taste like crap.
You get that right?!
