I manage a team but in turn have a manager who has a manager who has a manager. (Like most people in the real world). I have never claimed or implied otherwise.

There are a number of people on this site who know precisely what I do for a living and where I do it. Of course, their interest was genuine and not a means to gather information to make snide comments about.
