Homemade coconut for me. Some of these commercial ice creams now have almost no milk or cream. Its all vegetable oils and partially hydrogenated fats .. artery clogging stuff. The good ones like HagenDaaz is all milk and cream.
I rarely even eat ice-cream, none of it is good for you!

Dulce de Leche
Dulce de leche is a confection from Latin America prepared by slowly heating sweetened milk to create a substance that derives its flavour from the Maillard reaction, also changing colour. Dulce de leche is Spanish for "candy [made] of milk". Wikipedia

LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche Milk-Based Caramel 13.4 oz. Can - Walmart.com - Walmart.com.

I know why now in a "CAN" I do my best to stay away from things in cans!

We don't have Walmart in the UK. (Never seen ice cream in a can).
