Key in the third round is going in defence while down, and wait for him to jump on you. Then use S+D to hit him up into the sky. When you are far away, throw him as many wind bullets (or whatever they may be) at him for extra damage. If that will be too risky, just stay in hiding and knock him silly each time he tries to attack.
