You have my perspective on how to win against him and you got Aiko's one. See what suits you best.

Edit: A good combo to deliver the most damage possible is: first you do the spinning kick, if it connects, right after you land you press the d button and if this too connects you press down and the s and d button at the same time (High shoryuken). And hit him with a few hadoukens too. The slow ones are the most effectives.

The great Sagat deserves to have his attack named correctly. It is not the "jumping punch".

It's the "imitation dragon punch".
