I don't know what the introduction of provisional ratings has done, but at one point it was agreed that RHP ratings tend to be somewhat lower than ELO ratings, for example. This would mean that if he plays people of similar level (I haven't looked at his games, but I expect he does), IronMan31 is probably GM material.

I played him the second or third game of chess in my life ever,when i joined Rhp:I lost and since that day (it was in January) he sends me PMs ,once in a while, saying that I'm a loser and things like that.
His last one was a couple days ago and it said ''yep yep,you suk'' go figure............he almost never plays but cares to send crappy messages all over the year.
Really bothering.
