I don't know about that, but I do know, as David pointed out correctly, that Iron Man hasn't an ELO. But I also am certain (before some of you start) that he ain't a machine ... I had the lucky chance to get battered by him twice, and in one game I was 2 pawns up (yeah, that's right !!!) and my old fritz 4 told me afterwards that at one point I was +-1.69 (playing white) ... I take that no machine in the world would play like that (which is prove enough for me that he is real and that I have highest respect for him)

He's displaying the Union Jack, which could mean he's from England, Scotland (unlikely), Wales (unlikely) or Northern Ireland.
His location says hes in Northern Ireland, so I guess that's where he's at.
