@earl-of-trumps saidNo, it isn't. I haven't suggested you are a "criminal". I haven't suggested you should be "convicted of trans hating" or anything remotely like it. I haven't suggested there should be "punishment" for you or anything like it. I haven't advocated "running around arresting people" or any such thing. You are making stuff up. Why are you posting stuff like this?
That's how you argue, like the people that take the other side of the coin on the issues, are criminals.
@fmf saidWe have gone way too far for a thread like this. And I know you are growing it ever more. I suggest you open it in Debates,
https://translegislation.com/ Take your pick. It's a state-by-state breakdown.
if you wish to keep it going, as this is not the right venue. It's a good debate, in fact, it's a *great* debate topic. just not on here.
I'm out of it.
@kilroy70 saidOK, you don't agree with my statement or how I perceive many of these laws or the demonizing politics that is going with them. Fair enough. If you don't agree, I am fine with that. I am even OK if you think I was exaggerating or disingenuous. We can just agree to disagree.
On page #1 you said
"hundreds of laws that have been passed across numerous conservative states in recent years that seek to discriminate against, harass and demonize trans people"
Why do suppose blue states also seek to "discriminate against, harass and demonize trans people"? Why are so many left wing legislators willing to go along with this, or are afraid to oppose ...[text shortened]... en from overzealous medical professions and teachers qualify as discrimination against trans people?
Now, having said all that. Where is the list of "the hundreds of laws that have been passed across numerous liberal states in recent years that seek to discriminate against, harass and demonize Christians and Republicans" that you referred to?
@fmf saidYou're sitting on it. You may not see it right away, but keep looking. I also sent a copy via carrier pidgin in case you are unable to find the one you're sitting on.

@kilroy70 saidI had a list, as requested, albeit one you are unimpressed by. Where is your list of laws discriminating against Christians and Republicans?

@earl-of-trumps saidAh so, you are scuttling away immediately after posting a load of victimhood rubbish.

@fmf saidI took your ridiculous claim of trans people being discriminated against and substituted a few key words.
I had a list, as requested, albeit one you are unimpressed by. Where is your list of laws discriminating against Christians and Republicans?
But you already knew that and are using this to avoid dealing with issues you can't seem to deal with, such as these statements I made on the previous page:
"Why do you suppose blue states also seek to "discriminate against, harass and demonize trans people"? Why are so many left wing legislators willing to go along with this, or are afraid to oppose it?"
"Could it be that many of those laws seek to protect children and other individuals? If so, then how do laws designed to protect children from overzealous medical professions and teachers qualify as discrimination against trans people?"
@kilroy70 saidIt's not a "ridiculous claim". It's reality. State-sponsored discrimination codified now by the Supreme Court. Jim Crow is just over the horizon. What's next, the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
I took your ridiculous claim of trans people being discriminated against and substituted a few key words... as if you didn't already know.
Be careful what you wish for. Christians are becoming a minority in this country. Most of the world, except Latin America and the US, have no preferred religion. The way Christianity is practised in the US, this may be a good thing.
@FMF
Why do you suppose blue states also seek to "discriminate against, harass and demonize trans people"? Why are so many left wing legislators willing to go along with this, or are afraid to oppose it?
Could it be that many of those laws seek to protect children and other individuals? If so, then how do laws designed to protect children from overzealous medical professions and teachers qualify as discrimination against trans people?

Btw, why do you suppose blue states also seek to "discriminate against, harass and demonize trans people"? Why are so many left wing legislators willing to go along with this, or are afraid to oppose it?
