On a serious note, it is funny you should state that, that problem is very common in the older generation.
In days gone by I did a bit of voluntary work (not exactly voluntary but that is a different story) and it involved teaching internet use to retired people.
People from gb's generation don't see the internet the same as people who grew up with it, ...[text shortened]... e may be getting shot for things he may be unaware of.

People from gb's generation don't see the internet the same as people who grew up with it, they are not aware of the hidden dangers and are completely unaware that what they share is not just viewed by the intended audience.
People would enter personal information on websites where no security is in place [https:] because they think it is just their compu ...[text shortened]... se notion that people (other internet users) do not read what is not meant for them (if only).

I was disappointed to return to the forum and see him back. It was a good couple weeks. I choose to completely ignore GB when he posts and when he PM's me. Most of the time, I don't read his posts and I suggest that for others.
