It may come as a minor revelation to you, Mr Grampy, that women are perfectly capable of taking initiatives as well. There's nothing wrong with taking the initiative for a joint activity or conversation (no matter whether you are male or female or neither), but I find it rather creepy when a man takes the initiative for a women-only-plus-himself activity. If gree with your views or opinions or who belong to a different group from the conversation.
Can you expand on the 'women-only-plus-himself activity'. What do you mean? Is that in reference to pub crawler creeps? Pickup lines, that kind of thing? Sorry, I am only a man, so I need this stuff explainedπ
BTW, I played in an Irish band called Southwind and the founders, me included, liked the idea of a mixed sex band, I thought all male bands a bit boring, so we had Sylvia Herold, a genius singer and great guitarist and Judy Gameral as well as me and Larry Model, I really liked that idea.

You are making terrible furniture out of my lumber, by distorting the figurative title of a playful conversational initiative into something sexist sicko.
Edit: Great idea... Why don't you take the initiative to launch a nice companion thread, "Men Only, Please." I'll be happy to post to it.
