No sorry, I'm not finishing out any games (even my clan's games). I just want to play shorter timed games on either Uchess or chess-live.

Originally posted by no1marauderIf I'm leaving because I no longer enjoy this style of chess why would I bother finishing out games that I don't want to move in? Chances are that if you play games you don't feel like playing you're probably going to lose them plus and the only thing that could've come out of it was a waste of the players time. And besides, it's just an online chess site, how many people could have really "relied" on me here? People come and go and clans have to keep changing, sometimes the players and sometimes leaders. I didn't intend to be a selfish person, I just can't stand playing here anymore, that's it. And, I've never "stuck it" to anybody in real life, I always try to stop doing something in a nice and respectable manor. And usually finish what I start, even if it hurts me in some way. If I were playing a smaller amount of games, I would've probably finished them out, but with my game load (and yes I know that it's my fault) it would probably take longer then my subscription has left on it anyway. Thanks for the anti kudos anyway, still a form of kudos right 😉?

Hopefully, that will discourage people from engaging in such jerkness in the future.

So you're spreading your strife-venom on the general forum too, Mr. Jerry Springer Show fan.

And as a life lesson to young teenagers, I still think "Quitters never win" is sound advice be it in chess or anything else. Your defense of another teenager is touching, but since you've shown some ineptitude in handling the youngsters on the site perhaps you should leave this one to the people with some competent experience, sport.

Good work, very entertaining.

I do admit that I'm sorry for "ditching" my clans and clan members, but I just couldn't handle it, I would've gone nuts trying to finish off my games. If I do come back to rhp, which I probably will, I will keep my game load under 50 unless there's some special tourney or something so I won't be ridiculed about abandoning my clans again if I ever leave again. If I do come back I guarentee it won't be until sometime next year if I can get a job then, I will be resigning the last of my games later today and then I'll be gone.
