LOL - Actually (sorry in advance) the King fell off the table a little earlier (must have been the booze) and the cross broke off the top (so it looked like a Queen) ... Good to see that James and myself had a little analysis session (whilst being absolutely hammered :-)

There should be a huge list of cities... I think there are more RHP users on the east coast than West, so center isn't a great idea in my mind... unless a vote proves otherwise.

If you're serious about this thing, I'd suggest an East Coast meeting and a West Coast Meeting. East Coast would be somewhere fairly central between Montreal, and Florida - maybe Washington, DC. West Coast would be somewhere fairly central like San Francisco, or possibly Denver to pull in folks from midwest as well.
