Guys, I'm really sorry, but regardless of what date we choose, there will always be someone who can't come. It seems harsh but we just need to choose a date that most people can come on (e.g. the vote) and if they can't come, then they can't come. I want to meet Paulie and Starrman, and can come both weeks, so I'm not going to get involved in this discussion, but you need to just vote.

I think the fundamental problem with the vote though was the inability to distinguish between people first and second choices. If as it stands, 90% of 26th votes were first choice, and 90% of 19th votes were second choice, then we are choosing the wrong date by going with the apparent majority choice of the 19th.
