@very-rusty saidmy bike has a heart rate monitor and a max workload monitor built in I am allowed to do 90% workload of my max so heart rate up to 135bpm my resting heart rate is 52bpm I have in the past cycled for 2 hrs solid but keeping my heart rate just in the zone around 100bpm I also have a BP machine I also have the hospitals physios phone number if I need any Advice, I also have a nitro spray but so far never needed to use it.

@badradger saidKey word here is "allowed" to do. Keep it up, you will do yourself a lot of good. They have already found out what your limit is so this is a good thing. You can improve upon it a little at a time though.

@badradger saidVery solid. Keep it up. You are seeing benefits already which helps give you motivation to stay on track. I commend your efforts. Most Americans just stay in front of the TV and keep stuffing their faces with garbage night and day.
